Can you tell me if a video can be submitted to the competition under the name of a group of young people, rather than the name of an individual young person?  (such as W-WEST)

WNTD 2010 Tobacco industry interference.

I was at Phillip Morris Website, one of the leading tobacco company in the US i think.

I discovered that they know what they are doing as they need tougher sanctions on the kind of "ingredients" they put in Cigarette making. It is confirmed by them that tobacco smoking is dangerous to health, so the need for  policy to regulate them is highly needed, this is because they are hiding something i think. I mean the constituent of cigarette they put up on their website may not be all correct.
