Thanks very much for your suggestion! Your idea for dedicating a WNTD to children is a very good idea and if you are interested, the theme for WNTD 2008 had been "tobacco-free youth" and here is some information on it:

The theme for WNTD 2012 has been selected to be "tobacco industry interference".
