Voting - how it works

On the 31st of October, video submission for the competition closed.

 

The WHO/Europe panel reviewed all videos that had been submitted. The panel consisted of two tobacco control experts, two communication experts and a video/tecnical expert. The videos were scored on the number of views and likes, as well as the following criteria:

  • Message comprehension
  • Value for audience / personal perception
  • Potential effectiveness
  • Audience reach
  • Technical quality

 

10 videos had been selected to go to the next round - public voting. Public voting was used to identify the 5 most popular videos from those 10.

 

The 5 most liked videos have been reviewed by a jury panel. The jury panel consisted of 5 people that either are experts in tobacco control, videos or represent the target audience. They scored the videos on the above mentioned criteria also.

 

The winner will be announced on 16 December.
