The WHO Regional Office for Europe `I`m in charge. I`m smoke free` Video Competition - Terms & Conditions

Short summary

1. You have to be 13 or over to enter the competition.

2. The winner will be recognized on the WHO/Europe website, Ning, Youtube and other WHO events. The winning video entrant will be invited on a trip to a WHO event or meeting. The top 5 video entrants will be honoured with a WHO framed diploma. The top 10 video entrants will be awarded a choice of WHO accessories.

3. All entries must be submitted by midnight October 31, 2011 (GMT).

4. Videos should be no longer than 4 minutes.

5. To be eligible for the competition, speech (if any) should be in English; no speech or no sound are also fine.

6. You can submit more than one video.

7. Even if more than one person have contributed to the creation of the animation or video, only the main contributor shall be named in the submission form and will be eligible for the prize.

8. You can submit your video by posting the long URL or embed code under http://smokefree.euro.who.int/video/video/addEmbed

9. WHO gets full rights to the video(s) you submit 10. The nominated videos will be made available on our Ning website and on our Youtube channel.

11. The ten best videos (most views, likes and most scores by the WHO panel) will go on to public voting.

12. The five most liked videos go on to a jury panel which will select the winner.

13. The winner will be announced on 15 December.
